The Hellenic Development Bank is hiring a Staff Member and a Senior Staff Member for its Innovation Directorate. The roles involve designing and monitoring non-financial innovation programs, products, and services; developing evaluation methodologies; planning innovation promotion activities; and organizing innovation competitions and events. A tertiary education degree is required for both positions, with at least two years of professional experience required for the Senior Staff Member. English proficiency, knowledge of the regulatory framework for research, technological development, and innovation, analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are also sought.
