Description
The role operates the restaurant area in an IKEA retail store, handling quick-service food preparation, cash registration, stocking, inventory counting, food presentation, pricing, cleanliness, and customer service. The position requires enthusiasm for the food-service industry, food-safety awareness, service orientation, sales support, teamwork, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment; prior food-service or service-industry experience is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary plus a 13th-month salary, a global bonus plan, a loyalty-based profit-sharing plan, statutory social insurance and housing provident fund, supplementary pension and commercial medical insurance, leave benefits, employee activities, holiday gifts, product discounts, and other employee benefits.
