The Sales Associate supports customers in a fast-paced home retail environment by understanding their needs, recommending IKEA products and services, and creating a positive shopping experience. The role also maintains the assigned sales area, manages inventory and display samples, handles product sales and orders, monitors sales targets and commercial activities, and collaborates with colleagues and department managers to achieve results.
