The Sales Area Manager is responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their home needs, recommending IKEA products and services, and delivering a positive shopping experience. The role also manages the sales area’s operations, including inventory, display samples, product sales, orders, cleanliness, signage, and stock availability, while pursuing sales and profitability goals.
