Description
The Tooling Manager leads engineers, toolmakers, and technicians; manages tooling projects, scheduling, staff development, budgets, maintenance, optimization, and post-production quality issues. The role supports new tool introductions, engineering changes, cGMP documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement while ensuring tool reliability, productivity, quality, and safety. The posting requires a bachelor’s degree, substantial tooling and injection-molding experience, supervisory experience, CAD and manufacturing knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
