The KSM Group is seeking Station Managers to operate and develop the network of Elinoil-operated fuel stations in Thessaloniki. The role is structured as a self-employed business managed through a work contract, with a fixed monthly payment covering basic operating expenses and additional commission-based earnings from fuel, lubricants, showroom, and car-wash sales. Candidates must be able to manage a team and people, have a business mindset, customer orientation, goal orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and time-management skills. Secondary education, basic computer knowledge, and sales or store-management experience are required, while a degree, prior store-management experience, and English are preferred. The position requires an operating capital of 20,000–25,000 euros and a guarantee, and offers business-plan training, sales-based compensation, and ongoing training and support.
