Description
Micron is hiring a Fab Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and sustain semiconductor wafer-fabrication processes. The role focuses on improving yield, quality, cost efficiency, and productivity; leading process-step and continuous-improvement projects; diagnosing root causes; monitoring SPC, FDC, and APC performance; managing process qualification and control plans; and supporting new-product introduction, capacity expansion, and high-volume manufacturing ramp. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience, along with semiconductor process, data-analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
