Description
Micron Technology is hiring an Equipment Engineer to own and continuously improve the performance and reliability of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, equipment upgrades and modifications, supplier collaboration, cross-functional problem solving, documentation, stakeholder communication, and compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience, willingness to work in a cleanroom and perform physical tasks, and availability for rotating 12-hour shifts supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations.
