Description
The Director of Institutional Research and Analytics leads the university’s institutional research and analytics function, including data collection and analysis, performance dashboards, evidence-based recommendations, institutional rankings, strategic performance monitoring, data quality, accreditation reporting, and external research. The role manages the research and analytics team, coordinates with university leadership and operational units, and contributes to the university’s global reputation and strategic planning. It requires a master’s degree with a quantitative focus, at least eight years of relevant experience or five years with a relevant doctoral degree, strong quantitative and analytical skills, knowledge of international accreditation and rankings, and fluent English.
