Description
The Funeral Director will supervise funeral arrangements, manage customer service and sales performance, coach and develop associates, resolve customer concerns, maintain compliance and documentation, and oversee the arrangements area and staffing. The role requires at least five years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in the mortuary or funeral-arrangement profession, along with a current California notary, driver’s license, and good driving record. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 annually plus a quarterly incentive program, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
