Description
The CDL Program Director leads the commercial driver's license program, providing curriculum expertise, advising and retaining students, supervising and developing Driver Trainers, monitoring program performance, and supporting continuous improvement. The role also performs the duties of a full-time Driver Trainer, including demonstrating vehicle-coupling, inspection, and maneuvering skills in outdoor training conditions. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a CDL license with at least two years of driving experience, five years of instructional industry experience, and two years of management or supervisory experience.
