Description
The CDL Program Director leads the commercial driver license program, providing curriculum and subject-matter expertise, advising and retaining students, recruiting and supporting faculty, evaluating and developing Driver Trainers, monitoring program performance, and supporting accreditation and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CDL Class A licensure with at least three years of driving experience, five years of industry instructional experience, and two years of management or supervisory experience; it also requires physical ability to perform driving and vehicle-inspection duties and a valid DOT medical certificate.
