Description
The CDL Program Director leads the commercial driver license program, providing curriculum and subject-matter expertise, advising and retaining students, recruiting and developing faculty, supervising Driver Trainers, monitoring program performance, and supporting accreditation and continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a CDL Class A license with at least two years of driving experience, five years of industry instructional experience, and two years of management or supervisory experience; it also requires physical ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections and other driving-related tasks.
