Description
The role supports customers in warehouse logistics by setting up servers, testing robot operation, troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, applying software updates, improving operations, and coordinating with external vendors. It requires Japanese N2-level proficiency, domestic travel, experience with hardware or software troubleshooting in logistics, manufacturing, automation, or DX/ICT, and related software systems engineering experience. N1 Japanese, ROS or Linux skills, English communication ability, and a Japanese driver's license are preferred.
