Description
The role supports customers in warehouse logistics by setting up servers, testing robot operation, troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, applying software updates, improving operations, and coordinating with external vendors. It requires Japanese N2 or N1 proficiency, domestic travel, hardware or software troubleshooting experience in logistics, manufacturing, or DX/ICT, software systems engineering experience, ROS or Linux skills, English communication ability, and a Japanese driver's license.
