Description
The role is responsible for mass-production process improvement and process setup, including yield and scrap reduction, cycle-time reduction, customer-defect reduction, and transferring or importing processes to other factories. Candidates must have experience in a similar semiconductor process-integration field or a relevant degree plus production-technology experience, along with basic PC, communication, and business-level Japanese skills. Semiconductor engineering, mass-production process improvement, power semiconductors, SiC, or GaN experience are preferred. The position follows a hybrid model with two remote days and office attendance on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
