Description
The Semiconductor Front-End Process Engineer will support semiconductor front-end manufacturing across one of the listed processes: diffusion, LPCVD, PVD/plating, WET cleaning, or dry etching. Responsibilities include introducing and establishing new or updated equipment, building and stabilizing mass-production processes, improving yield and quality, diagnosing equipment failures, improving equipment throughput, reducing manufacturing costs, and leading improvement projects. The role requires semiconductor front-end process or equipment engineering experience, technical problem-solving and data-based analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with other departments; experience with the listed processes, SPC, FMEA, DOE, and engineering knowledge is preferred. The position follows a hybrid model with two remote work days per week.
