Description
The company is recruiting an Epitaxial CVD Process Development Engineer to support process development, equipment and material selection, startup, mass-production application, domestic factory equipment stability, cost reduction, quality improvement, and academic or patent activities for GaN, Si power MOS, microcontrollers, SoCs, and analog products. The role requires a degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or physics-related fields, basic PC and office software skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with other departments.
