Description
The employer is hiring multiple semiconductor device and process development engineers to support the development of automotive and AI semiconductor devices. The role covers wafer process development from concept through mass production, device structure design, wafer process-flow construction, device measurement and evaluation, and collaboration across process, product design, and quality assurance. Candidates need at least five years of semiconductor device structure design or process development experience, including semiconductor physics knowledge and wafer process prototyping; Japanese business-level proficiency is required, while wafer-level electrical characterization, TEG layout design, and English conversational ability are preferred.
