The ΚΠΙΣΝ ΜΑΕ is hiring a part-time Visitor Experience Representative for a 4-hour, five-day schedule. The role supports the Visitor Experience and Customer Departments by providing live customer service, handling telephone and electronic communications, managing complaints and visitor services, selling tickets and programs, coordinating equipment lending, supporting check-ins and events, and conducting tours in Greek and English. Applicants must have a domestic or foreign higher education qualification, C2-level Greek and English proficiency, at least two years of customer service experience, and computer skills; evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are emphasized.
