The company is hiring a corporate legal specialist to support its satellite and space-data business, handling international expansion, new business, M&A, contracts, intellectual property, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. The role requires at least five years of business contract experience, business-level Japanese and English, strong reporting and negotiation skills, and knowledge of compliance and governance; attorney qualification, listed-company legal experience, international legal experience, and M&A experience are welcome. It is a permanent full-time position with flexible working hours, remote-work options, and a Tokyo work location.
