Description
The role is responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes for StriX satellites, standardizing assembly work, managing fixtures and equipment, troubleshooting defects, and coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers. It requires manufacturing or process-development experience, line-up experience, daily commuting to the Yamato Technology Center in Omiya, Kanagawa, and occasional travel to Tsukuba, Ibaraki. The position is based in Kanagawa or Tokyo, with remote-work locations possible within company-defined ranges.
