Tech Data is hiring a Pre-Sales Support Engineer to support IT lifecycle services for PCs and devices, including Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Active Directory. The role assists senior employees and the team with pre-sales activities, solution validation, proof-of-concept and implementation support, documentation, customer information gathering, estimates, technical demonstrations, and training. Candidates need at least five years of corporate sales, sales-engineering, or customer-support experience, plus experience with cloud-based identity, device, or PC lifecycle management; Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, or Active Directory knowledge is preferred.
