Wabtec is hiring a Semi-Automatic Welder to join its production team and perform semi-automatic welding of carbon and low-alloy steel structures, metalwork, pipelines, and equipment. The role includes preparing and cleaning workpieces, reading technical drawings, selecting welding parameters, inspecting weld quality, using measuring tools, maintaining welding equipment, and following occupational, industrial, and fire safety requirements. Applicants need at least one year of semi-automatic welding experience, preferably three years, a welding diploma or certification, and no medical contraindications.
