Micron Technology is hiring a Workforce Development Specialist to support learning programs, workforce readiness, training governance, instructional design, and workforce analytics across its global manufacturing network. The role involves conducting skills-gap analyses, developing and delivering training, maintaining learning platforms and OJT curricula, analyzing training data, reporting KPIs, and supporting audits. A bachelor's degree, strong communication and analytical skills, data-analysis ability with tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau, and collaborative experience are required; experience with generative AI, automation, instructional design, and technical collaboration is preferred.
