Description
The Air Traffic Control Quality Assurance/Quality Control Specialist will review and validate Mandatory Occurrence Reports, investigate surface incidents, complete FAA reporting forms, create incident replays, retrieve voice recordings, prepare program-status reports, and communicate with FAA facilities and program offices. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in math, engineering, or science plus at least 15 years of Level 8 or higher FAA or military-equivalent air traffic control experience, with terminal experience preferred. It is based in the Central Service Area, specifically the Fort Worth, Texas office, and is anticipated to become available in November or December 2026.
