Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Diffusion Process Engineer for its ATE (Alpha Technology Engineering) New Product Team. The role transfers new technology nodes from Technology Development to manufacturing, improves yield and production efficiency, sets semiconductor equipment parameters, evaluates new equipment and materials, analyzes process abnormalities, and supports technology transfers and future node introductions. The position requires a science or engineering degree, hands-on diffusion process experience in the semiconductor industry, and Japanese or English communication ability; semiconductor device or equipment supplier experience is preferred, and AI tool proficiency is requested.
