ATE Mechanical Engineer II at Textron

Textron Systems is seeking an ATE Mechanical Engineer to lead and support the end-to-end design, documentation, and production release of custom Automated Test Equipment. The role owns mechanical architecture for test consoles, interface modules, and specialized fixtures; designs rack assemblies, ITAs, cable assemblies, interconnect diagrams, and BOMs; performs 3D/2D modeling and structural/thermal FEA; manages design releases and product data; and supports hardware ordering, technical presentations, and cross-functional design reviews. The position requires two years of hands-on ATE development and production-release experience, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Department of War Secret Security Clearance.
