Textron Systems is hiring a Senior ATE Project Technical Lead (Level IV) to lead the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of mission-critical Automated Test Equipment. The role oversees interdisciplinary electrical, mechanical, and software teams; manages legacy Automatic Test Systems and Test Program Sets; serves as Cost Account Manager for Integrated Master Schedule and EVMS tracking; and leads requirements analysis, design reviews, certification, calibration, and self-test activities. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related scientific field, and have at least 10 years of ATE/ATS development experience with technical team leadership in defense or aerospace.
