Description
Amazon is hiring an ATE Test Engineer to design, develop, and optimize automated test solutions for Amazon Leo satellite and ground-terminal products. The role covers ATE hardware design and verification, mm-wave SoC and RF/mixed-signal test programs, on-chip calibration, DFT test insertion, test release to production, yield and repeatability optimization, and RMA debugging. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least four years of ATE test engineering experience, and experience with Teradyne or Advantest platforms, high-speed and RF testing, and ATE hardware. The position is based in San Diego or Sunnyvale, California, with international travel during release-to-production phases.
