Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Test Engineer to support its Integrated Circuit Defect Analysis (FA) team. The role develops and ports test vectors, patterns, and software for Advantest PS5000 and Teradyne UltraFLEXPlus platforms, converts simulation data into functional test patterns, translates physical failure-analysis steps into electrical test flows, and designs custom test hardware. The position requires a degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent experience, at least five years of hands-on experience with the specified ATE platforms, and proficiency in script automation and digital vector processing. The base salary range is 132,000 USD to 207,000 USD for Level 3 and 152,000 USD to 253,000 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits.
