Description
Cohu is hiring an ATE Test Systems Support Engineer for its Norwood Engineering team to maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor automated test equipment in the engineering lab. The role provides hands-on hardware and software support for LTXC test systems and RF, analog, and digital measurement equipment; diagnoses tester-level faults and discrepancies, researches issues, manages spare inventory, processes service tickets, and collaborates with Technical Support to reproduce customer issues. A BSEE or equivalent hands-on experience is required, with RF/analog/digital circuit knowledge and board/system-level hardware troubleshooting experience strongly emphasized.
