The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and brand experiences, supporting team training, operating checkouts, managing inbound and outbound merchandise, replenishing products, setting up displays, recommending products to meet sales targets, connecting in-store customers with online and offline services through digital devices, and staying current on products, services, sales trends, and Nike culture. The position requires customer focus, teamwork, proactivity, flexibility for shifts and weekends, and a passion for Nike or sport; prior retail experience is advantageous.
