Description
The Rivers School is seeking athletic coaches for its grades 6–12 coeducational independent day school in Weston, Massachusetts. Coaches will support tryouts and team selection, create practice and game schedules, participate in athletics department meetings, and help provide a strong experience for student-athletes. The role calls for communication, organizational, motivational, student-athlete development, and athletic coaching capabilities. Compensation is a $2,000–$5,000 stipend, with professional development, mentorship, affinity spaces, and onboarding support available.
