Description
The role supervises assigned staff and maintains a building and adjacent grounds, operates HVAC equipment, inspects the facility and employee work areas, initiates maintenance work orders, performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and painting repairs, maintains records, procures supplies, handles emergencies, and supports school-related events and athletic activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, four years of direct related experience, and knowledge of HVAC equipment, housekeeping, and custodial equipment; advanced HVAC/MEP and Module One completion are preferred.
