The Athletic Performance Analyst will collect and analyze pit crew performance data for NASCAR, IndyCar, and Sportscar programs, including race and practice pit stops, competitor metrics, historical databases, video operations, and performance reports. The role requires advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and video-editing skills, strong attention to detail, motorsports knowledge, and willingness to travel to racetracks and work weekends. A degree in sports analytics, data science, mathematics, or equivalent experience is required, and the employer does not sponsor employment visas.
