RMU is hiring a full-time Athletic Ticket Sales and Service Account Representative at the Moon Campus to sell season tickets, flex packages, group tickets, premium tickets, and hospitality packages for athletics events. The role involves outbound phone sales, face-to-face presentations, community prospecting, large-scale group sales, customer service, and work on evenings, weekends, and game events. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing or a related field, at least one year of sports selling experience, and the ability to make professional outbound calls; Ticketmaster experience and inside-sales or ticket-sales success are preferred.
