Description
The Athletic Trainer II will work in a hospital-based outpatient physician clinic, developing and administering treatment plans, assessing patient progress, creating exercise programs, and treating musculoskeletal conditions. The role also includes clinical documentation, patient billing, patient intake and discharge, medication review, clinical referrals, and administrative support. Applicants need a bachelor's degree from an accredited Athletic Trainer Certified Program, current NATA Board of Certification, and a Michigan athletic trainer license; three years of clinical experience is preferred. The position is intended for an off-field athletic trainer seeking a Monday-through-Friday schedule.
