Description
Part-time Athletics Special Events Coordinator supports an athletics department’s External Affairs team by planning and executing fundraising, donor engagement, hospitality, and special events such as golf tournaments, donor receptions, hall of fame celebrations, and game-day functions. The role handles logistics, vendor coordination, registration, guest databases, student workers and volunteers, expense tracking, and on-site event operations while delivering high-quality experiences for donors, alumni, sponsors, and fans.
