Description
The Loadmaster coordinates and conducts Planeside Representative training, manages training records and correspondence, supports ground security and ad hoc charter training, maintains loadmaster currency, processes visa and passport applications, and performs cargo loading and related administrative duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of civilian or military loadmaster experience or five years of commercial aircraft loading experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to travel and work beyond an eight-hour day.
