Description
CAE is seeking a TSSC Engineering Manager to lead and develop assigned TSSC engineers and manage day-to-day TSSC engineering efforts. The role focuses on designing, modifying, testing, documenting, and deploying software and hardware changes to C-17 training support devices, coordinating test and certification activities, managing project schedules and resources, and providing technical direction to junior team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or management information systems field, five years of simulation experience, extensive UNIX/Linux and programming knowledge, DoD personal security clearance eligibility, and the ability to work in a shop-floor simulator environment, including travel and overtime.
