Description
The Attendance Case Manager improves student attendance at an assigned Community School by engaging families, assessing needs, providing short- and long-term interventions, supporting students and families through truancy-related court hearings, and managing incentive funds and community events. The role is onsite at the school, includes home visits and occasional court appearances, and requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and required mandated-reporting and disability-supporting certificates.
