Attending Physician at MedElite

Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a part-time Attending Physician in Holyoke, Massachusetts, to oversee primary medical care for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The physician will conduct rounds, diagnose and treat acute illnesses, manage chronic conditions, discuss treatment plans and advance care planning, maintain medical records, and collaborate with nurses, therapists, specialists, and NPs or PAs.
