Attic Projects LLC is hiring a full-time, on-site Attic and Crawl Space Technician to install insulation, perform rodent proofing and sanitation, conduct mold remediation, and assist with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair across locations including San Diego, Orange County, and North and South Seattle. The role includes loading trucks, reviewing jobs with crew leads, working at one site per day, and returning to the office for cleanup, with strong emphasis on physical capability, customer communication, safety, and prior experience in insulation or rodent control as a plus.
