Attic Projects LLC is hiring a full-time, on-site Attic and Crawl Space Technician to perform insulation installation, rodent proofing and sanitation, mold remediation, and sheetrock/drywall repair in growing service areas including San Diego, Orange County, and North and South Seattle. The role includes loading trucks, preparing materials, reviewing daily jobs with crew leads, working at mostly one site per day, and returning to the office to unload and clean up. The company offers training, advancement, bi-weekly pay, hourly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance allowance after 90 days, plus a 401(k).
