Description
American Tower is seeking a Staff Attorney for its U.S. Tower division’s Legal department to negotiate, draft, and review legal agreements related to real estate transactions, tenant licenses, ground leases, easements, and other property-related matters. The role also involves resolving contractual issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing legal analyses, and addressing title curative matters. A Juris Doctor and law license are required, while 1–3 years of experience with contract and license drafting and negotiation is strongly preferred.
