American Tower is seeking a Staff Attorney for its U.S. Tower division’s Legal department. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate and tenant-license agreements, ground leases, easements, access and utility agreements, and related legal analyses. Responsibilities include resolving contractual disputes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, addressing title curative issues, and supporting property-owner and customer matters. The position requires a Juris Doctor and a license to practice law in any state, with 1–3 years of experience in contract or license drafting and negotiation strongly preferred.
