Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is hiring an Attorney-Adviser (General) for its Office of Counsel in Columbus, Ohio. The role provides legal advice and services across government contracts, labor and employment, procurement fraud, fiscal, installation, administrative, and ethics matters; researches legal authorities; develops facts; advises management and operating officials; represents the agency before administrative bodies; and assists U.S. Attorneys and the Department of Justice in federal court cases. The position is an excepted-service appointment requiring a U.S. citizen, a first professional law degree, bar admission, and experience or education commensurate with the selected GS-11, GS-12, or GS-13 level. A Secret security clearance is required, and the tour of duty is flexible.
