The Senior Attorney advises Air Force headquarters, major commands, tenant units, and geographically separated units on complex administrative law, claims, environmental, contract, labor, and international law matters. The role prepares and represents the Department of the Air Force and installation interests in correspondence, negotiations, and judicial and administrative hearings, while also providing legal assistance to eligible military, civilian, retiree, and other Department of Defense cardholder beneficiaries.
