DLA Piper's Investment Funds Group is looking for an attorney with 3-6 years of experience in fund formation, commercial real estate, real estate finance, and/or joint ventures. This non-partner track position requires experience in drafting and negotiating fund organizational documents and investor-side letters, along with commercial real estate transaction documents. Strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational skills are essential.
